Players who respond yes, and then don't show up without an e-mail, text or phone call, are subject to being removed from the evite list without notice or warning.
CAN'T MAKE IT AFTER ALL? YOU MUST CONTACT ME
Life happens. But you must let me know if you have to cancel. Short of bleeding out on the street or a catastrophic family crisis, I expect a text, email or phone call. Even if you let me know 1 minute before the tournament is scheduled to start and cancel - you will stay in my good graces.
If you totally space out and forget to let me know - that's a bit of a bigger deal, but a heartfelt phone call and some sort of remorse will probably do just fine.
If you don't call at all, even afterwards, it is PSP policy to remove you from the evite. You can always call or e-mail later with an explanation, but until I hear from you, I have no incentive to bring a player back who doesn't have the courtesy to fill me in on why they bailed and left me with an empty seat and dead stack to manage.
On tournament nights...
If you walk through my garage door (the small one or the big one if it is open) prior to 7:01pm, by the time on my computer - you will receive 2000 in bonus chips. I will not quibble with a minute or two in either direction, I don't want anyone risking their lives by driving fast or stupid to make it on time.
For cash games...
Please call me, my phone number is on every e-vite, if you will be at all late. A little bit late is not a big deal. More than an hour late can be problematic if we have alternates who otherwise would be present and playing if they had known you were going to be lax about being on time. Be courteous - be on time.
